The Rooms Controller Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Front Office operations by managing room inventory, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position works closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Leadership teams to optimize room assignments and accommodate guest preferences.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. This role requires the ability to assist with guest check-ins and checkouts as needed and work overnight shifts a minimum of two nights per week.
