Behavioral Health Navigator - Nebraska CCBHC

The purpose of this position is to provide community outreach to identify and engage people who may have behavioral health needs, who need assistance gaining entry to HFS services and will meet these individuals where they are. They will also screen for needs, build rapport, connect to appropriate resources, and provide case management for those who are waiting to transition into service enrollment. This position requires an individual who has a willingness to work with people who are living with complex behavioral health needs.

Compensation

between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour (wage is determined upon total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
