Salary Range: $75,555 - 86,888.25 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Job Summary
The Crisis Engagement Manager serves as the primary operational partner to the Director of Crisis, Stabilization & Engagement Services, supporting a diverse portfolio of behavioral health programs through operational leadership, workforce development, quality improvement, compliance oversight, project management, community engagement, and administrative coordination. This position strengthens operational consistency across programs while developing systems, processes, and partnerships that improve service delivery, organizational efficiency, and client outcomes.
