Job description
This role is responsible for transforming and leading the organization's enterprise risk management function. They will assess current programs, identify opportunities for improvement, implement sustainable compliance strategies, and partner with leaders across the organization to reduce operational risk while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operating in a diverse environment that includes corporate offices, distribution centers, warehouse operations, manufacturing and assembly, and retail locations, the Director ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while implementing best practices that support a safe, inclusive, and accessible workplace for all employees, including individuals who are blind.
