Branch Manager, Channel Management

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage all branch staff to achieve preset business goals and targets Plan and manage business strategies and activities to meet business targets Manage SME business and achieve related KPIs Oversee daily branch operations Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements Job Requirements Bachelor degree or above Minimum 3 years of solid branch management and SME management experience Good knowledge and strong sense on compliance and banking regulations Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
