Job description
Opportunities, Inc. adult day programs, Connections, located in Jefferson County and Special Needs Activity Program (SNAP) in Dodge County are seeking experienced caregivers to enrich the services provided to their participants. Direct Support Professionals create personalized experiences for individuals with diverse abilities, helping them build independence, achieve personal goals, and connect with their community.
This is a part-time role, 20-30 hours per week Monday
- Friday.
