Graduate Sales Executive – Ed. Tech (School Partnerships) Code Camp , a division of Cluey Learning Pty Ltd , is one of Australia’s leading Ed. Tech brands. You’ll join an established national sales team and be trained in: Prospecting and outbound sales Running discovery meetings Pitching and closing Pipeline management and forecasting Territory planning and strategy Commercial negotiation If you’re competitive, target-driven and motivated by results (and commission), this is your launchpad.
Your Mission Win new school partnerships and grow the number of schools running our after-school and holiday programs. This is a new business role — you’ll be building relationships, creating opportunities and closing deals. What You’ll Be Doing New Business Development Prospect, qualify and close new school partnerships in your territory Drive consistent outbound activity (phone, email and events) Book and run meetings with school decision-makers Deliver compelling pitches and proposals Pipeline & Sales Execution Manage your own sales cycle end-to-end Build and maintain a strong pipeline in CRM Work to clear weekly activity and revenue targets Provide accurate forecasts Territory Ownership Identify priority schools and build a strategy to win them Focus on high-impact opportunities that drive growth Collaboration Work closely with Marketing on campaigns Partner with Operations to ensure smooth launch of new schools Share insights from the field to strengthen our positioning Who This Role Is Perfect For Graduate / Early Career Pathway You might be: A recent university graduate Someone with 1–2 years’ work experience Competitive (sport, debating, leadership roles) Someone who loves goals, targets and performance You’ll bring: Strong communication skills and confidence High energy and resilience Coachability and willingness to learn Evidence of achievement (academics, sport, internships, part-time work) Sales experience is not required — attitude is.
