Entry-Level Jeweler / Polisher Compensation: $18–$22 per hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site in Boynton Beach, FL We’re hiring a Jeweler Apprentice / Polisher to join our workshop. This role is for someone who either: Has basic experience in jewelry polishing or comes from a hands-on trade and wants to learn bench jewelry work.
You’ll be working with small parts, tools, and fine details every day. This is hands-on, repetitive work that requires focus and consistency.
Responsibilities
Polish rings and fine jewelry before and after stone setting. Perform rhodium plating and finishing. Check pieces for quality and consistency. Assist with basic workshop tasks and repairs.
Requirements
1–2 years of polishing experience or hands-on trade background (mechanic, technician, etc.) Good hand skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with small, delicate items. Reliable and consistent at work. Willing to learn and take direction. What This Role Is: Entry-level to junior bench position. Hands-on, production-focused work.
