Lead the Squad: Manage a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Set the Standard: Make critical decisions regarding our tech stack, tools, and internal processes. Mentor: Conduct in-depth code reviews and provide hands-on mentorship to elevate the skills of your team.

Requirements
7–10 years of professional backend development. Backend Mastery: Advanced proficiency in multiple backend technologies and languages. Systems Design: Deep expertise in distributed systems and complex system architecture. Performance: Expert-level knowledge in performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering.
DevOps & CI/CD: Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and system monitoring. A Proven Leader: You have a track record of mentoring engineers and leading teams to success. An Expert Communicator: You can bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value. A Problem Solver: You thrive when tackling high-stakes architectural challenges.
