Job description
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Italian Country Anti-Financial Crime Unit.
The selected person will be part of the team responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory requirements related to international sanctions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sanctions-related technical advisory support to first-line functions, ensuring compliance with Group and local policies and guidelines.
- Maintain and periodically report the Opinion Log to the Group.
- Support first-line functions by performing periodic reviews of business manuals—both local AFC manuals and broader business manuals—to ensure alignment with Group and local policies and guidelines.
- Assist the first line in reviewing and adjudicating screening alerts.
- Participate in delivering training to first-line functions on AFC topics.
- Participate in strategic and operational projects by providing subject-matter expertise on local AFC activities.
- Support the execution of second-level controls and contribute to any related remediation actions.
