Job description
Digital Marketing Assistant Purpose Manage the marketing funnel from lead generation through to booked consultations. Own the performance of Meta advertising campaigns, CRM management, and lead nurturing to maximize qualified bookings and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Advertising Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns. Monitor ad set performance and advertising budgets. Analyze campaign KPIs, including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion rates. Identify performance issues and recommend optimization strategies. Assist with campaign testing, audience targeting, and creative direction.
Lead Nurture & CRM Management Manage and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM platform. Contact new inquiries within 24 hours. Guide leads through the sales funnel from initial inquiry to booked consultation. Build and manage SMS and email automation workflows. Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date. Continuously improve lead conversion rates.
Marketing Support Support Instagram engagement and community management. Assist with creating and publishing organic content. Manage lead magnets and lead generation assets. Recommend marketing improvements based on campaign performance and data analysis. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Cost Per Lead (CPL) Number of qualified leads generated Lead-to-booking conversion rate Response time to new inquiries Number of booked consultations CRM data accuracy Weekly optimization recommendations Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong experience with Meta Business Manager. Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results. Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform. Experience with SMS and email marketing automation. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
