Your Next Challenge Join our client’s team as a Tech Lead Data Scientist and lead the development of next-generation AI solutions.

This is more than a hands-on engineering role—you will define technical strategy, architect intelligent systems, and mentor a team delivering enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Generative AI. What You’ll Work On Leading the design and implementation of scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise use cases.

Defining technical architecture for Generative AI applications, AI Agents, and RAG-based solutions. Designing and optimizing LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools. Building intelligent AI pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases. Driving architectural decisions and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven products. Establishing engineering best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and MLOps. Mentoring and supporting Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, fostering technical excellence across the team. Evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical reference on AI projects. Strong expertise in Python and modern AI development frameworks. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience building AI Agents and intelligent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph. Strong knowledge of Vector Databases and semantic search technologies. Experience implementing MLOps practices and deploying production-ready AI solutions. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to combine technical leadership with hands-on development in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions. Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices. Experience with prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent systems.
