Job description
The Store Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to support all store-level staffing needs across an assigned region. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while serving as a brand ambassador for Parker’s. The Store Recruiter partners closely with store and support leadership to plan for operational needs and future growth, ensuring all positions are filled efficiently.
This is a field-based role supporting stores throughout the greater Charleston area. It requires regular travel to store locations, job fairs, and community events, as well as occasional travel to our corporate office in Savannah, GA.
