Job description
As a Customer Operations Representative based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for supporting our Sales and Service Operations and managing all aspects of customer experience from when a customer calls to inquire about our products and services through to delivering the product or returning an item from Service.
You will be interacting with many people within the organization, so strong communication skills are crucial. This particular position in Customer Operations will be primarily focused on providing service support for our customers.
