Home Health Occupational Therapist
AccordCare Home Health – Serving Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Brevard Counties.
AccordCare Home Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist with strong home health and Medicare experience to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting. The OT will evaluate functional needs, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver skilled interventions that support safety, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida
Home health & Medicare experience preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation for home visits
