The Role: As one of our Wraparound Care Managers, you’ll lead the end-to-end operations of one of our Ofsted-registered after-school club sites , ensuring high standards of childcare, compliance and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for children and families, while supporting your team to deliver outstanding childcare provision every day.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Organise resources and activities to support engaging childcare provision.
• Support staff training and development.
• Contribute to the design of activities and content for children.
• Support marketing activity through local engagement, leaflet drops and school assemblies.
• Work with central support teams to action feedback and improve customer engagement.
• Engage with local networks and share social content.
• Drive quality and standards across your setting.
• Communicate effectively with your team and the wider LSC team.
• Build strong relationships with families and become the main point of contact on site.
• Lead and deliver engaging, safe and high-quality childcare experiences. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who brings energy, organisation, and a passion for creating exceptional childcare experiences.
