Job Summary/Objective:
The Music Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing individual and group music therapy sessions that enhance the social, intellectual, physical, spiritual, emotional, and cognitive well-being of senior residents, including those with dementia, cognitive decline, or limited mobility. This role supports holistic wellness by integrating music into daily life, fostering connection, memory recall, self-expression, and joy. The Music Therapist works in collaboration with the Lifestyle & Wellness teams to design person-centered experiences aligned with residents' preferences, histories, and therapeutic needs.
