Salesforce Functional Analyst – Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Experience Required: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current-state and future-state business processes, and pain points
• Conduct workshops, interviews, requirement gathering, and refinement sessions with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders including architects and technical leads
• Identify and propose the best Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions for business requirements and recommend suitable custom solutions in collaboration with technical leads and UX teams
• Prepare and present solution materials to Salesforce Design Authority for review of problem statements and proposed solution options
• Perform Proof of Concept (POC) and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data
• Create functional artifacts including:
• Refined solution Epics
• User Stories ready for development
• Functional documentation in Confluence
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions
• Support QA teams by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, and reviewing test cases against business needs
• Assist in defect triage and resolution
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards Skills and Qualifications
• Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education
• 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in highly regulated enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and financial compliance
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integrations with core banking systems and data lakes
• Ability to lead conversations with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with executives, senior leaders, and technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines in enterprise environments Essential Skills
