Job description
The Ambassador is responsible for leading daily lobby operations to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality guest experience in a condo-hotel hybrid environment. This role requires operational leadership, hands-on guest interaction, proactive problem-solving, and mentoring other team members to deliver exceptional service. Must be flexible and able to work day and overnight shifts as needed.
