Manage electrical, plumbing, fire safety, HVAC, and lift systems Handle housekeeping, security, horticulture & waste management Vendor coordination and complaint management Preventive maintenance, manpower planning & shift handling Budgeting, cost control, invoice verification & AMC comparison Ensure statutory compliance Skills: Strong technical & operational knowledge Leadership & communication skills Cost optimization & vendor negotiation Requirements Requirements: BE/Dip/ITI in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Minimum 3- 4 years experience in residential facility management Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi (Read, Write & Speak) Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
