Job description

• Develop real-time embedded firmware by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient, deterministic C/C++ code on microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex M class devices). • Own BSP and Embedded Linux integration by building, customizing, and maintaining Board Support Packages (BSPs) and embedded Linux images using the Yocto Project for the main compute units. • Implement timing critical RTOS components by developing multi threaded, low latency tasks on RTOS platforms (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr) to support deterministic control loops. • Deliver sensor bring up and signal processing by writing low level drivers and implementing fast DSP routines (e.g., low pass filters, moving averages, basic Kalman filters) for IMUs, encoders, and force/torque sensors before data is consumed by higher level AI modules. • Interface with hardware and new board bring up by validating custom boards and developing robust peripheral drivers (e.g., DMA, ADC, timers, PWM). • Drive system-level debugging and integration by partnering closely with Electrical and Mechanical teams to debug complex issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware debuggers.

要求 / Requirements: • Education: BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience: 1–4 years of professional embedded systems development experience. • Programming: High proficiency in Embedded C and modern C++. • OS/Platform: Proven experience with an RTOS and embedded Linux development, specifically with Yocto Project. • Interfaces/Protocols: Strong understanding of hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, and robotics buses like CAN/CAN FD or EtherCAT. • Debugging: Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). • English: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); TOEIC 650+ preferred. • Bonus (Nice to have): Background in robotics/autonomous vehicle/aerospace; familiarity with ROS2 / micro ROS; experience interfacing motor drivers or FOC boards; strong GitHub/hobby projects showing PCB bring-up or autonomous robotics.
