Job description
The Wealth Strategies Paralegal will work with our attorneys specializing in private client services, trusts and estate planning. Primary responsibilities will consist of preparing and maintaining estate planning documents such as wills, trusts and advanced directives, and providing timely updates to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of paralegal experience, with at least one year working on Florida estate planning matters.
Experience using Lawgic estate planning software is a plus. This is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Sarasota, Florida office.
