Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of medications, treatments, and therapies as directed by licensed healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Assist with basic wound care, dressing changes, and infection control protocols.
• Support patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to report changes in condition or concerns.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA).
• Participate in team huddles, care planning sessions, and ongoing training initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid license or certification as a Practical Nurse (مساعد ممرض) in good standing with the relevant health authority. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, long-term care facility).
• Proficient in basic life support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with patients and families.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software systems.
