Summary: As a Jr. Visual Designer (Motion & AI) at 1 2 101, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting visually dynamic and innovative brand experiences for luxury and lifestyle brands. This role is central to transforming creative concepts into compelling, high-impact visual narratives across digital platforms. You’ll leverage your expertise in motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered design workflows to elevate brand identity, drive engagement, and deliver results.

With a strong focus on creativity, technical precision, and emerging tools, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce content that stands out in a competitive digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually engaging static and motion assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives Translate creative briefs into cohesive visual stories that align with brand identity and messaging Build and maintain brand elements including logos, typography, color palettes, and design systems for consistency across platforms Create high-impact static creatives, GIFs, animations, reels, and short-form video content to boost engagement and brand recall Produce motion graphics and animated assets using industry-standard tools, enhancing storytelling through dynamic visuals Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects on time Utilize AI tools to generate creative directions, mood boards, and visual assets through effective prompt engineering Experiment with AI-driven workflows to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iteration Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and advancements in motion design and digital content creation Requirements Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools Demonstrated understanding of animation and motion design principles (essential) Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative production and prompt-based workflows (preferred) Basic video editing and compositing skills (an added advantage) Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and AI-enhanced design work (required) Salary: 2.
