Your Department We operate T Cloud Public, a standardized public cloud product based on open-source community software and developed and operated according to Dev. Sec. Ops principles.

We are looking for experts who are highly enthusiastic about cloud technologies and eager to help address the challenges involved in developing and operating a hyperscale public cloud.

About the Position As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work with the latest developments in cloud and container technologies. You will collaborate directly with T Cloud Public customers, support the development of cloud-based business applications, and deliver technical workshops. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for Open.

Stack-based public cloud technologies. You will analyze complex customer requirements, develop suitable technical solutions, and support customers in the successful use and further development of their cloud environments.

Your Responsibilities

Resolve complex technical issues in the ongoing operation of customer applications Develop and further enhance cloud-based business applications Provide technical consulting on Open. Stack-based public cloud technologies Plan and deliver technical workshops for customers Automate infrastructure and operational processes using common frameworks Work hands-on with cloud, container, and automation platforms Evaluate technical solution approaches and develop creative alternatives Collaborate closely within an open and trusted team of specialists Must-Have Skills Completed degree in a technical, engineering, or natural sciences field, or comparable vocational training Five to seven years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies Very good knowledge of software, cloud, and container architectures Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform Experience delivering technical expert workshops or providing technical customer consulting Strong customer orientation and consulting skills Knowledge of agile development processes Good mentoring and presentation skills Ability to evaluate technical solutions and develop creative approaches Willingness to work hands-on at the command line and in technical platform environments Fluent written and spoken English Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Open.

Stack and Open. Stack-based public cloud platforms Programming experience in open-source projects Knowledge of Kubernetes and modern container platforms Experience with Dev. Sec.
