Job description

General Description We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter/Lead Generator to support our digital marketing team in expanding our presence in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, and working with digital marketing services.

Job Responsibilities

Appointment Setting Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers Coordinate calendars and manage follow-ups to ensure show-up rates Maintain accurate appointment data and communication logs in CRM systems Lead Generation Research and identify businesses in Melbourne that are a good fit for digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.)

Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms to gather lead data Create and manage lead lists based on industry, business size, and location Monitor lead quality and recommend optimization strategies for better targeting Capture key information including industry, decision-maker contact details, and marketing needs Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead quality with campaign goals Cold Outreach Craft and personalize cold outreach messages tailored for the Melbourne audience Execute outbound email and messaging campaigns Engage prospects through compelling value propositions and follow-up sequences Track engagement and optimize messaging for higher conversion Digital Marketing Business Support Understand the digital marketing services offered (e.

g., SEO, PPC, social media, web design) Communicate effectively the value and benefits of services during outreach Support the sales pipeline by generating interest aligned with service offerings Provide feedback to the marketing team on trends and prospect objections Requirements 3-4 years experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support.

Previous experience working with digital marketing or creative agencies is highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong general computer skills and technical aptitude Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.)

Familiarity with Australian business culture, especially Melbourne-based SMEs Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Proficient with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Go. High. Level) Proficient with task management tool like Click-up Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setup. Experience working in the Australian market is a strong advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets and deadlines.
