Poultry Processing Worker - Batesville, AR - 2nd Shift $1 Shift Differential

1st Processing 2:00pm - 11:00pm 2nd Processing 4:50 pm - job is done (usually between 12:00 am - 2:00 am) Cutting, trimming, and packing poultry. Using knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing. Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing. Remove parts, such as: skin, feathers, scales, or bones from carcass.
