Lumilab Innovation Hub is seeking a passionate and proactive Startup Program Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of entrepreneurship and innovation programs. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is enthusiastic about startups, innovation, and ecosystem development. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to deliver high-quality incubation, acceleration, training, and community engagement initiatives while supporting founders throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of startup incubation and acceleration programmes. Assist in organizing workshops, bootcamps, networking events, demo days, and innovation challenges. Engage with startup founders and participants to ensure a positive programme experience. Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, communications, registration, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of programme activities, participant progress, and impact metrics. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and programme updates for partners and stakeholders. Support partnership engagement by coordinating meetings and maintaining communication with mentors, facilitators, and ecosystem partners.
Conduct research on startup ecosystem trends, funding opportunities, and innovation best practices. Assist with community-building initiatives, including online engagement and founder support activities. Perform other programme and administrative duties as assigned to support the Hub's mission.
