ADAS Issue Management Engineer

Responsible for first analyzing and leading triaging of ADAS defect reports (bugs) from multiple sources (including internal and customer-facing issues) into Supplier and Vin. Fast system team. Coordinator Issue from Suppliers and Vin. Fast system teams, Vin. Fast Program teams to build a roadmap for software issues resolution Own, maintain, develop, and improve the defect management process.

Ensure that the information provided in defects is complete, up-to-date, and follows the defect management process Collect the requirements on defect management tools and facilitate their development and extension by the internal and external service providers. Actively monitor incoming defects and rate the severity of the defects Identify and provide metrics/statistics to measure the arrivals and resolution of defects.

Work with internal and external team to ensure that defects have clear ownership and that the next steps are clearly defined Support Program quality gates meetings for Software issues Develop bug trend reports on a per-component and per-release basis Provide visibility into the latest ticket status and highlight items that appear to have stalled Develop weekly software issues status reports and trending reports Identify and implement process & tool improvements to improve software issue resolution times Owner for topic of diagnostic, FOTA and secure CAN.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, bug tracking, or defect management processes. Interest in ADAS, automotive software systems, and emerging vehicle technologies.

Familiarity with software debugging tools, issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, or similar) is a plus. Basic knowledge of embedded systems, vehicle communication protocols (CAN), or automotive diagnostics is an advantage but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and track multiple issues.

Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams including suppliers and internal engineering teams. Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks.
