Job description
As a Lead BIM Modeler, you will operate within Tate’s global design engineering team and play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, capability building, and consistency in BIM delivery across regions. In addition to hands-on BIM coordination, this role has formal responsibility to lead, mentor, train, and develop junior and mid-level BIM modelers, ensuring high-quality outputs and long-term skills growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support the execution of ambitious global growth plans while helping shape scalable BIM standards and best practices that reinforce Tate’s leadership in the data center and critical infrastructure markets.
