Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who enjoys creating complete digital products - from early concepts through to production-ready interfaces - and wants to have a real impact on multiple international products.

As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process across a range of web and mobile products. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend and Backend Engineers to create intuitive, scalable and visually engaging user experiences. This role combines strong product thinking with hands-on UI/UX design and offers the opportunity to shape products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern web and mobile interfaces in Figma Create complete UI/UX flows and user journeys Design casino products and slot game interfaces (HUD, bonus screens, menus) Create responsive layouts Build, maintain and evolve scalable Design Systems Create reusable UI components Prepare developer-ready designs and documentation Build interactive prototypes Improve existing products based on analytics and user feedback Participate in product discovery and brainstorming sessions Collaborate daily with Frontend Developers, Backend Developers and Product Managers Review implementations after development and ensure pixel-perfect execution Skills & Experience Must Have 3+ years of UI/UX/Product Design experience Excellent knowledge of Figma Strong understanding of UX principles Experience designing web applications Experience designing responsive interfaces Experience building scalable Design Systems Strong knowledge of: Auto Layout Variables Components Interactive Prototypes Design Tokens Developer Handoff Nice to Have Experience in one or more of the following industries: i.

Gaming Online Casino Sports Betting Esports Crypto Fin. Tech AI Skills (Highly Preferred) We actively use AI throughout our product development process. Experience with: ChatGPT Claude Figma AI Midjourney AI image generation AI wireframing The ability to use AI tools to accelerate and improve design workflows is highly valued.

Technical Knowledge Required tools: Figma Jira Slack AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) You don't need to write code, but you should understand modern frontend development, including: HTML & CSS Responsive Design Tailwind CSS (basic understanding) Component-based architecture Design Systems Accessibility Web animations Soft Skills Excellent communication skills Strong product mindset High attention to detail Ownership and accountability Ability to challenge ideas constructively Problem-solving approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Products You'll Design Casino platforms Affiliate websites Slot and instant games Internal products and CRM systems What We Offer Competitive salary of €50,000–€60,000 gross per year (negotiable).
