Summary The Store Manager position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” The Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation and profitability of the store. Additionally, the Store Manager leads Teammates to create and maintain the Buckle experience.
As a proven leader, the Buckle expects its Store Managers to spend most of his or her time recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, directing and supervising Teammates to optimize Guest satisfaction.
