Summary The Flowserve campus in Etten-Leur is your workplace. We are talking about 5 buildings, 30 CNC machines, 20,000 m² of grounds, and 150 workspaces where you, together with 2 other colleagues, will take care of all facility-related matters. Every day brings new challenges—no two days are the same. Colleagues moving internally?

You arrange it. A roller door is broken? You make sure it gets repaired. Do you see improvements? You start a project and ensure it gets executed. You take pride in attention to detail. You notice issues and resolve them before anyone else even realizes there’s a problem. For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on professional—someone proactive and practical, but also a team player.

You’ll work closely with both internal colleagues and external contractors. Naturally, you communicate clearly and keep all agreements properly documented in the system.

Your Responsibilities

You handle planned activities and coordinate them, updating the central maintenance schedule You process (fault) reports related to buildings, building installations, sites, and transport equipment through the facility service desk You easily switch between tasks and set priorities Your role consists of approximately: 30% coordinating and managing work and external contractors 70% hands-on work In case of a call outside working hours, you can be on-site within a reasonable time to investigate the issue Your Profile An MBO level 3 or 4 diploma, preferably in facility management or building construction/engineering At least 2 years of relevant work experience Good computer skills, especially in MS Office A valid driver’s license (Category B) and living within a 25 km radius of Etten-Leur Proactive, assertive, communicative, helpful, and dedicated Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written) A positive and energetic personality looking for a varied job with growth opportunities What We Offer A salary between €3,500 and €4,500 per month, depending on experience, plus a monthly on-call allowance A one-year contract A 5% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance Training opportunities such as emergency response (BHV), forklift certification, and more 27 vacation days plus 13 additional (ADV) days per year A sustainable employability program An open, pleasant, and informal working environment with good support
