Flexsteel's Accounting Development Program is a full-time, 18–24-month experience designed for early-career professionals looking to build accounting expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
Based at our Global Headquarters in Dubuque, Iowa, participants will gain hands-on experience through multiple rotational assignments, mentorship, project-based learning, and networking opportunities across accounting, finance, and key business functions. Associates will develop a strong foundation in cost accounting, financial reporting, operational finance, business analysis, and continuous improvement while gaining exposure to the broader organization and understanding how business decisions impact financial performance.
