Job description
Lead mission critical satellite operations at Sage. Net as the Team Lead for Satellite NOC Operations. Serve as the technical expert and primary escalation point for complex VSAT incidents, mentor and develop fellow NOC associates, and partner with engineering and teleport teams to deliver reliable connectivity and exceptional customer service.
