Job description
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and assisting building maintenance technicians (of lesser skills) with the performance of building maintenance task in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.) Combines knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical circuits for the installation, operation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro/mechanical systems associated with facilities, support equipment, production equipment, and product systems.
Involves working with engineers to develop electrical/mechanical systems in support of product development and production line work. Task will be performed with limited guidance of higher classified technicians.
