The Director of Housing and Sport Venture provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Ranch Ehrlo Society’s Housing and Sport Venture portfolios, including affordable and supportive housing and community-based recreation and sport programming. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director is responsible for program development, quality improvement, financial and risk management, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and facility oversight. The successful candidate will bring advanced education, leadership experience in supportive housing and recreation services, and a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with community, government, Indigenous, and funding partners.
