This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule attainment, workforce accountability, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising production teams within industrial manufacturing, fabrication, or modular assembly operations and possess a hands-on leadership style focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
