Housing Associate - Village Crossroads I

The Housing Associate supports the effective day-to-day operations of a Senior Community by ensuring high quality housing and services are provided to all residents. This role is accountable for managing eligibility, Recertification process, maintaining audit-ready files, rent collection, reporting requirements, processing workorders to sustain property standards and resident satisfaction.

Success in this position is demonstrated through timely, accurate work, compliance with HUD and agency requirements, and professional, compassionate service to residents and stakeholders.
