DOE: $22.00 - $25.98 The Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist supports East Valley Community Health Center’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assurance (QA) program by working directly with care teams and staff to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives. This role facilitates improvement projects using recognized QI methodologies (e.

g., PDSA cycles), supports Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) activities, and assists the organization in meeting HRSA and health plan quality requirements. The QI Specialist works under the direction of QI leadership to translate organizational priorities into actionable improvement work.
