Position Summary

First. Health of the Carolinas is a nationally recognized health care system located in central North Carolina. Determines how the technique selections affect optimal image quality. Follow proper procedures Helps move patients on and off the imaging table and pushes wheelchairs/stretchers without problems. Establishes a self-study program to maintain current knowledge base and meets continued education requirements. All staff is expected to read their email regularly to keep informed of immediate policy, regulatory or unit procedure changes.

Represents the company in a positive, respectful manner when dealing with customers and vendors Complete work in a timely manner and meet deadlines Enforces organizational and departmental policies without creating negative reactions Lends support and guidance to employees on new processes Oversees Regulatory compliance with the FDA and ACR Qualifications Mammo Tech Job Qualifications

  • ARRT registered RT-(R) (M) and meet MQSA standards for performing mammography.
  • Maintains certification in BLS.
  • Personal computer skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Display critical thinking and decision-making skills.
