Job description
As a Member Experience Representative, you will interact with our Plan Members and their chosen dental and paramedical healthcare providers via phone, email and online chat in a call center setting. You are working in a remote environment, reporting into a Supervisor, Member Experience. You will create engaging and efficient customer experiences primarily discussing the details of the benefits plan coverage and the status of their claim submissions.
This is a part-time, remote opportunity, with shifts during our operating hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST.
