CQI Project Manager

Must-Haves: Strong experience in Project Management focused on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). Experience with continuous improvement Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred) Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) or similar initiatives Ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams on transformation and change management initiatives.

Strong data handling skills (Excel charts, dashboards, reporting). Experience with project management tools and documentation. LSS Green Belt or higher certification. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Nice to Have

PMP certification in addition to Green Belt certification. Experience with evidence-based treatments and outcomes measurement. Familiarity with Netsmart myAvatar. Experience working in regulated and transformation-driven environments. Prior experience within structured PMO environments.
