Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our operations team in a critical role focused on ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and longevity of industrial equipment and facilities. This position is essential to maintaining uninterrupted production, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational efficiency across all shifts.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, pumps, conveyors, motors, and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify causes and implement effective repairs.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards always; conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and implement process enhancements.
• Assist in the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and proper storage.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification or technical degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field is highly preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or a similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in working with motors, hydraulics, pneumatic, gears, belts, and bearings.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and digital maintenance tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Physical stamina to lift to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate tools and equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
