Hiring: Linux Engineer – Senior SME Experience: 10+ Years Location: PAN India / Hybrid 24x7 Support Environment Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer – Senior SME with strong expertise in Enterprise Linux Administration, Green. Lake Managed Services, automation, virtualization, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major incident management and RCA activities
• Drive service delivery, SLA/KPI adherence & process improvements
• Handle Linux server administration, patching & vulnerability management
• Support VMware, Open. Stack, OCP & Kubernetes environments
• Prepare SOPs, KBs, HLD/LLD & technical documentation
• Participate in transition, KT & customer engagement activities
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting/tools Required Skills: RHEL / SUSE / Ubuntu / CentOS Administration Red Hat CoreOS & Cluster Services (PCS, SUSE Cluster) Linux Security, Release & Patch Management VMware, SAN, Cloud & Open. Stack Concepts Ansible, Shell Scripting & Automation Kubernetes / OCP Knowledge Red Hat Satellite & SUSE Patch Management Incident, Change & Configuration Management Preferred:
• RHCSA / RHCE Certification
• ITIL Certification
• Experience with HPE Infrastructure & Enterprise Support Ideal Candidate:
