Maintenance Technician II with Housing - (Archway Commons I & II - 1292/1468)

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II with Housing to work at Archway Commons I and II, 150-unit affordable family and senior housing communities in Modesto, CA. These are Tax Credit properties.  Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.

Required to complete all janitorial duties. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. Must have basic computer skills. Yardi Voyager a plus. Salary range: $16.68 - $26.88per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $16.68 - $21.78 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
