Construction Project Manager - Remote

The Construction Project Manager will manage multiple aspects of classified and unclassified construction projects. Duties will include creation of bids and proposals, development of cost estimates, generation of project schedules, procurement of project materials, coordination of shipping of materials, and management of all aspects of the project from inception to completion.

On occasion, the Construction Project Manager will also lead a crew of trades employees during a construction project on site, and the Construction Project Manager may also actively participate in construction activities.
