Resort Services Sales Agent - Winter 26/27

Resort Services is a dynamic and fast-paced environment based in the Village Centre Mall. The team operates both the Tickets Desk and Activities desk to provide a unified guest experience within the Resort Services Department. Resort Services Agents are responsible for the sale and processing of lift tickets, seasons passes, activities, gift cards and all related promotional discounts affiliated with lift tickets.

This also involves responding to guests queries via e-mail, telephone or in person.
