About the job

Based at the The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within F&B Division in Hong Kong, the Server is responsible for providing a high standard of service which is friendly, attentive and responsive to guest needs. The Server reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. As Server, you will be responsible for the following duties: Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience As Server, we expect from you: Minimum 1 year relevant experience Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Cantonese and English.
