Program Supervisor - Foster Care ($2,000 Sign-On Bonus & $3,000 Stay Bonus)

The Foster Care Supervisor is a critical member of both the region’s child welfare team, as well as the agency’s broader leadership team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families. Our Foster Care Programs work collaboratively with families who have an indicated report of abuse or neglect to work towards a safe reunification or an alternative permanency plan to ensure the wellbeing of every child.

As the Program Supervisor, you will provide reflective supervision to Foster Care Specialists, and be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement, all with the goal of helping children and families thrive.
